"Great breakfast, clean room. Bath great. Super annoying that it was 2 twin beds pushed together, though. The hotel is right in the middle of an extremely busy area...people walking around constantly...street musicians going. I loved it but you should know itll be noisy with the wondows open until at least 4 am. Staff was great. "

"Very helpful staff and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. Rooms very clean and hotel also very clean. Well situated for the Metro (O’Donnell or Goya) and a short distance to the Retiro gardens. Easy to get to from the airport on Bus 203 (5 Euro per person when we took it). Lots of places to eat nearby & hotel food really good. Check out the cafes and bars in Goya. Gym small but plenty of apparatus - treadmill, 3 bikes, X-trainer, weights machine and weights. Highly recommend this hotel for visiting Madrid."

"Travel hotel in a great central location. We had an issue with the pull out couch and staff went above and beyond to remedy it for us. Staff is great. We ended up moving rooms and the difference between them was significant. Shower was acceptable but in no way luxurious (a tp holder would be great). Lights on electronics in kitchenette made it hard to sleep. Linens were lovely. Breakfast is very good! Location is excellent. "
