Overall a good stay in Madrid !

Hotel was in a brilliant location, directly opposite the Retiro Park and all within walking distance of shops, sights and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent. Only downside we thought was the hotel room, could do with a bit of sprucing up, although comfortable, the room was uninviting, a bit dull and shabby to look at.

It was stuffy despite the air conditioner. The balcony and patio were a wonderful addition. The breakfast was outstanding!
