「It is an amazing setting, nestled and Vineyards with views of the mountains. The restaurant makes very good food, complete with a wood fired pizza oven. The continental breakfast with fresh bread was more than enough food. We would definitely go back again.」

「There is maybe a change in owner or management because things are very uneven. High-end bedding and robes, nice entrance and gardeners hard at work, but: they had no portable water, but didn’t tell us that until AFTER we booked and paid; our room reeked (musty? mould?), two chairs were visibly very dirty and looked like from a construction zone, and the exterior pane of a double glazed window was broken. Not sure if the mould smell was from the walls or the obvious mould growing in the window....

「预定了顶层套房，设施齐全，带全套厨房及洗衣设施。但housekeeping 不细致，明明是带孩子出行，需要使用沙发床，但晚上临睡前才发现没有放任何沙发床所需床品，床单被子枕头什么都没有。立即联系酒店客服，也只是送来床单和很薄的毯子，晚上睡的极不舒服。服务意识非常一般。」
