「Location is lovely, free parking on site, modern rooms but dusty. Loved they had kids pool, my child enjoyed it. Receptionist on arrival did not inform me of amenities, breakfast times etc. I had to ask. I’ve never been to any hotel that hasn’t done this so very disappointing with a hotel of this level. I should have listened to the reviews about breakfast! Many of us had to keep asking for things such as sausages, bread, juice etc. staying with a child and having to wait 15 mins for food to...

「Room directly facing rubbish collection point, so flies flew in via the opened window. We immediately asked for another room, and the staff took actions promptly. But this room seemed to be vacant for some time, as it was quite dusty.」

The room however was dated and the bathroom needs work due to cracked grouting, mould in the shower and just generally tired looking. The bed was very springy but we appreciate they added an extra for my child for the booking. 」

I'd recommend to stay here but if you're a light sleeper you may need ear plugs as occasional traffic can be heard. Excellent breakfast choice, cooked breakfast made fresh to order.
