「Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Would use again as it was an ideal stay near the theatre.」

「Nice large room with strangely one of the smallest bathrooms even. Hardly any room to move in the shower. Nice views from hotel room. VERY outdated elevator that should have been updated with the rest of the property. Nice location right near the beach.」

「We came with 2 dogs, and was advised that we could dine in a specific area allocated with people with dogs. However the area was full of people (not eating, not drinking, and no pets), and there's no attempt/offer to accommodate us. After paying £60 extra/nights, we ended up having order from Uber Eats.」

「Amount of things supplied, didn't really need half the stuff we took. Excellent flat. Well equipped. Nice set up. Bonus bottle of wine. Lovely views. Apart from stairs everything was perfect, even stairs I coped with. Can't praise it enough.」

「Decent room but bathroom needs improvement We recently stayed at Rocksalt Rooms in Folkestone. The room itself was comfortable and nicely appointed – we had no issues there and enjoyed the location right by the harbour. Unfortunately, the bathroom was a real letdown for a longer stay. The shower left the floor and toilet completely soaked every time, and the sink was far too tiny, which made daily routines awkward. These issues made the bathroom impractical, especially given the wet-room style...

「Hotel is not fit to house a dog. Blood and semen on the bed, bed made out of wood, exposed electrics, shower door that doesn’t close. Half the building had pigeons flying around inside which we seen as we pulled up. All was reported to reception and asked for a refund, which was refused. We left and booked another hotel! After 2 hours of phone calls to hotels.com they agreed to refund for our booking. 」

「Room very clean but bed uncomfortable. Carpark very small and tight plus other users park over 2 bays making it hard to park.」

「Room was lovely. Felt that the bar service was quite slow. Toilets in reception area were in a terrible state on arrival and even worse the following morning - definitely needed to be clean on a more frequent basis. Had drinks in The Snug which was a lovely space but dirty tables and crumbs on the floor. Not what I expected from a four star hotel. Would stay at the hotel agdd as in but they definitely need to up their game.」

「Really enjoyed staying in the room that was on 2 floors. Great view of the sea. Room was OK. needs updating as does the rest of the hotel. The lift is very small. Could only get 2 small people in it. Not much room for anything else. Great Indian restaurant inside the hotel. Highly recommended that. Great location just needs updating. Great staff.」
