「The only issue we had was that our room was on the highest floor and we had to carry our bags!」

「Hotel is not fit to house a dog. Blood and semen on the bed, bed made out of wood, exposed electrics, shower door that doesn’t close. Half the building had pigeons flying around inside which we seen as we pulled up. All was reported to reception and asked for a refund, which was refused. We left and booked another hotel! After 2 hours of phone calls to hotels.com they agreed to refund for our booking. 」

「Please be aware that you need to upload a passport online to a third party company for every person over 16 that is staying at the property. We were not aware of this until after the free cancellation period was over. There is no mention in the listing or confirmation that the passport would be the only document accepted. 「Nice bar and restaurant area - near to Folkestone and exit to channel tunnel so all good - local garages, Tesco’s M&S garage shop McD’ all in close Proximity. Rooms are clean and basic but with just what you need. Great to have food available on site plus the free Breakfast is perfect to set you on your way. Staff are willing to help with any needs - that are possible. Only gripe would be having to pay for car parking. So ideal place to stay if need to be near Folkestone and the Channel...

「I would like to ask for a full refund really but I know I won't get one. We were left in property on our own and told to lock up when we come and go. The sheets on the beds were dirty. Bathroom dirty. Tea and coffee in the room but no milk. We left at half 4 in the morning with little or no sleep at all. Terrible place 」
