"asked for a quiet room - which we got far away and room had clearly not be used in a long time. PAT testing was over a year out of date on appliances, cobwebs in the ensuite. heated towel rail not on. At breakfast dirty plates had been stacked with the clean ones , just unlucky it was the ones we got and food debris all over my hand from picking up a dirty plate. Drinks service at breakfast was hit or miss with some being served at the table and others ignored like us, Plates whisked away too quick and not a relaxed vibe at all. Functional but not four star. Would not book for a celebration or special occasion. Okay for overnight stop -which is what we did."

"We stayed at Woodlands Park Hotel while visiting Chessington World of Adventures and had such a lovely stay. The hotel is in a beautiful area and feels peaceful and relaxing, while still being really convenient for Chessington. We stayed in the Queen’s Chambers, which was a gorgeous room — spacious, comfortable and full of character. It made the stay feel that little bit more special. We also ordered breakfast through room service, which was absolutely delicious and a lovely way to start the day. The surrounding area is really charming too, and The Old Plough nearby is a lovely traditional pub that does a wonderful Sunday lunch. It was a really nice addition to the stay and made the whole area feel even more special. We were also really impressed with the price. For the quality of the hotel, the room, the food and the beautiful surroundings, we thought it was excellent value for money. A lovely hotel in a beautiful setting and somewhere we would definitely stay again when visiting the area."

"I had a burger and fries at the hotel restaurant, which were both very nice and surprisingly reasonable in price. The room was really comfortable and had everything I needed. I also really liked the mini-bar setup, with a good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as snacks. I didn’t personally use it, but I can definitely see how convenient it would be, especially if you wanted something without having to make a trip down to the bar. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I had a really enjoyable experience and would happily stay here again."

"A lovely stay, it was just down the road to a venue where we were attending a party. The host was very welcoming and friendly and insured we had everthing we wanted. Room was tidy and had a mini fridge, tea and coffee. Breakfast was lovely my son enjoyed the fresh fruit. X"
