「Arrived early but room ready so we could check in, the room was very nice and very clean. Staff polite and helpful, especially in the bar/restaurant. Dinner really nice and a great breakfast. Only stayed one night as a stopover, would stay again and imagine it would be a nice golfing break. 」

「Although front desk services was a little bit long, overall score is very good. The hotel is a historical building and maintenance was good. My room is on the same floor near the reception counter and was clean and very spacious. The green and leafy environment makes you feel very relax and enjoy. There's Supermarket 15-30 minutes walk away. You can shop at Walton by taking a 461 bus for around 10mins distances. Clarks, H&M...,,, not so big but worth to visit.」

「A great little place fairly close to Heathrow Airport. Wonderful neighborhood and friendly service.」

「Good location, well connected. Check-in process was tedious because the payment machines did not work. The self check-in does not work if booking is made on 3rd party site or for international bookings. Also, there was issues with multiple keys in the room - apparently a problem with the key cutting device. Apart from these minor inconveniences, no issues. 」
