「The room is new」

「I was highly impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. Our hotel room was literally spotless and smelled fresh. The staff were warm and welcoming. This is a great location and an easy drive into Denver. Many restaurants are nearby in walking distance. The only downside to the hotel is the continental breakfast was awful. But I think that’s the nature of hotel continental breakfast in general. 」

「The front desk clerk was amazing! Went above and beyond due to the door card machine breaking down, she was willing to let everybody into their rooms how ever many times as needed till the machine was up and running again.」

「长途旅行路过丹佛。搜了一下附近的很多三星级、汽车旅馆、星际酒店顾客评论有臭虫。看了这一家没有才过来住的。住了两晚上。一切都还满意。安静安全。」

「Letting you know the only thing I thought was wrong is paying 10 dollars a day for parking. There is plenty of parking. I would definitely stay again. 」

「这个motel条件很差，沙发床是坏掉的。我定了三个房间，但是当我们晚上酒店到达酒店的时候，只有两个房间，另外一个房间被酒店超售买个别人了。到了酒店使能换到一个小房间导致住不下。而且换房间用了三个小时，知道凌晨才睡下。住过很多美国的酒店，第一次遇到这种情况。」

「Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay. I booked 4 hotels from Expedia, this is the only one couldn't issue the receipt for me. Asked me to request...
