She has excellent customer service skills and goes the extra mile with little things at check in. I hope you treat her well. 😁 The room was very clean and it was very quiet. The bed was very very comfy and it wasn't hard as a rock. 😆 I will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Amanda!!! You're absolutely the best. Keep doing it girl!! "

"Stayed here in Oct and it was great. This time not so much. Nothing on website about it being renovated. No hot water 1st two days until I complained. Breakfast used to be much bigger. On day 5 I asked about housekeeping. Only because I had to ask for towels twice prior to that. I was told at the desk I needed to ask for housekeeping. Generally after the 3rd day at other hotels, you get service. Not here. Also I had no tv service for 2 days. I was told the maintenance guy would look at it. No dice. I figured out the issue myself. Not to mention my room, which seemed to already be renovated, still had the TV sitting on a table below the height of the bed( which made it difficult to watch) even though there was a mount on the wall. Oh..and the ice machine didn’t work on our floor. Which also didn’t work last year either. 6 months later and still broke. Kind of a pain to always have to go to another floor to get ice. The hotel suited our needs for the most part, which was a bed. The rest of it was nothing to write home about. I’ll probably bypass this hotel in the future as we travel to the Denver area several times a year. "
