「The room is new」

「The check in staff let us in early and this was appreciated as my husband was ill. The room was clean. The breakfast was adequate. I used the fitness room which did not open until 9 am and breakfast was over at 9:30 so working out before breakfast is not an option. The fitness room has no weights and the left handlebar on the treadmill is loose but otherwise it is an adequate fitness room for this type of hotel. 」

「Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay. I booked 4 hotels from Expedia, this is the only one couldn't issue the receipt for me. Asked me to request...

「Clean, comfy and convenient! This was our 2nd stay here! We love the location, the comfortable beds, and cleanliness of this hotel! Bfast is very good, with many options available and coffee is ready at 6:15am. Also like that ice cream is available ( for a cost) at the reception area! My only complaint is that parking costs $12 more per day. 」
