A lot of pests, flies and bugs in the room and toilet everyday, cooking hood not working, cooking stove working intermittently and not fixed for the entire stay of 5 days. 「I absolutely love the hotel called the Sonder, and when it closed down, my heart was actually broken because they had some of the most comfortable beds ever. When I booked my hotel for Montreal, I did not know until I walked into the room that it used to be one of the Sonder hotels, and the minute I sat down on the bed, I knew I was going to have one of the best sleeps ever; it was so worth going to the place, as it was a great sleep experience.」
