The room was beautiful but a bit of a stretch to accommodate three people with a pull out bed. Stairs are a killer. Keep this in mind. Also, attempts to communicate with ‘reception’ were futile with calls never being picked up during our stay. Check in was an issue due to lack of communication about check in location and advice. Walking to collect room supplies is unreasonable. Great location. It’s nice but look elsewhere.

This was a birthday trip for both me and my husband, and Jonathan the concierge made our stay extra special. There were amenities that waited for us upon arriving in the room, he was also kind to book a walking tour for us and give great activity and dinning recommendations. The studio was very clean and new. The only downside is that the wifi did not work and there was a power outage on our first night which caused the whole neighbourhood to be left without hot water. The next day when we went to shower the water was extremely hot and upon check out the front desk explained that there is a child lock on the shower faucet. All in all it was a pleasant experience. Location is unbeatable!

This property is really nice and spotlessly clean, and the location can't be beat. The main bed is very comfortable, and the pullout sofa is okay (not great). The staff at Hotel Nelligan (our host) was wonderful and highly responsive. We were greeted with complementary water, coffee and some snacks, which was a nice touch. I would book this place again for sure. However, we couldn't find any sheets or blankets in the room to make up the pullout bed. Staff had to come and do it for us. This could have been a real problem if we hadn't noticed it early in the evening. Also, while the kitchen is well equipped, we had trouble using the appliances because there were no instructions. We never did figure out the coffee machine. User guides or just a sheet with a list of actions would be a really nice addition to the kitchen. It's a nuisance to have to call the front desk just to start up the dishwasher. Overall, though, a very nice place that I would definitely book again.

The hotel is in the heart of Montreal old port. 10 minute walk to the metro station. The staff is accommodating and friendly. We would definitely stay there again when we get back to Montreal!

Many things mouse in my room was one and then switching to a room where the shower didn’t work two. They promised up free desert and breakfast never followed through with the dessert or did they find time for breakfast asked us to come at 1 which on my partner birthday. Was very much looking forward to staying here but was disappointed by the end.

We had the best time at Corner Appartements! The location is unbeatable as you are in the heart of Old Montreal but also close enough to other neighbourhoods via transit/walking/uber. The apartment itself was gorgeous and had everything you needed to feel at home. Check in was smooth and really have nothing bad to say about our stay. We cannot wait to come back to Montréal and would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent location with lots of space (studio apt) and very attentive and helpful staff. Staff member dropped us off to our apartment which is 1 block away from the hotel and parked our car. they then brought it back to us when we needed it.

WOW!! What an incredible experience at Corner Apartments. From pre-check-in to checkout, everything was seamless and absolutely perfect. The apartments are affiliated with Hotel Nelligan just down the street, where you check in and can access amenities if needed. The process was smooth and efficient, and every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The apartment itself was delightful. Thoughtfully designed with everything you could need. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom was lovely, and the bed and linens were super comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better - walking distance to everything! We would 100% stay here again. Huge thanks to the entire team at Corner Apartments and Hotel Nelligan - you were all amazing!

Amazing apartments right in the center of old Montreal. Exactly where you want to be. The checkin process was easy but needs to be done over at the Nelligan. Service there was amazing. 10/10! These apartments were brand new. So yes there were some issues. Wifi did not work during my one week stay and some guests will probably struggle with the stairs because there’s no elevator but that was not an issue for me. Parking is scarce but there is valet parking with the Nelligan. Also. Both breakfast and dinner was top notch at Mama C. The restaurant at the Nelligan.

Disappointing due to ongoing issues throughout our 3 night stay. On the first night, the tv was not working. There is a phone in the room which is supposed to be a direct line to hotel support however the instructions on the phone were not accurate therefore we were unable to use the phone to contact the hotel for help. The next day, we spoke with the hotel staff in person to inform them of the tv and phone. They sent someone to fix the tv however it did not resolve the problem. We were informed how to use the phone however the instructions again did not work. We were informed the tv problem was due to the manufacturer and they were working to fix it. It was an ongoing issue during our 3 day stay. The morning of check-out, the front desk contacted us 2 times to see when we were leaving so they could arrange the tv to be fixed. While I understand they wanted to fix the tv so the issue may be resolved for the next customer, this was not good business practice. The message sent was that we were not valued. Not a welcoming experience.
