Un policier a l’aéroport nous a conseillé d’aller à l’hôtel Soneta Plus prêt de l’aéroport. C’est terrible nous allons payer une chambre d’hôtel alors que nous avons pas logé dans cette hôtel. Pouvons-nous être remboursé ?"

"The front desk guy was extremely rude. Was not welcoming and no friendly and didn’t even bother engaging with us as we checked in with him. We asked for towels and he told us to walk into the house keeping room to grab them ourselves and when we went the lady who was doing the laundry mugged us and just gave us a death stare without even saying anything. Extremely unsatisfied with how unfriendly and unpleasant these staff members were. Do better Hampton inn. "
