「Onsite private parking. The Arden is a very attractive hotel overlooking the RSC. The hotel is light and airy. Lovely warm welcome. The receptionist took us to our room, I can’t remember the last time we were shown to a room. We liked the decor of the hotel and the room. The room was large with a superking bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, and a dressing room. Very quiet neighbourhood. Picturesque gardens. We particularly enjoyed the champagne bar. 「Very clean and comfortable. Lots of birdsong on site! My parents stayed in a very comfortable accessible room on the first floor.」

「We come to this hotel alot. And always find it good. It is in a great location and always enjoy ourselves. We had a slight mix up with our dinner reservation but Brad dealt with it quick and effectively even giving us a courtesy call to let us knkw a table had been available earlier than expected. All staff are friendly and proffesional.」

「Compared to the website the property is very dated. Air-conditioning was not working in our rooms. Breakfast wasn't great.」

「We stayed in a room that had a shower over the bath, quite a step to get out, we feel a bath mat should be provided. The towels are lovely and big, the bed was very comfortable but the pillows need replacing. Nice place to stay as it’s an easy walk into town. Yes we would stay here again.」

「Staff very friendly and welcoming, always greeted you when you entered. Good facilities for self catering. Rooms a little dated but clean. Good quality bunk beds-not rickety or squeaky. Only negative I would say is the sheets aren’t big enough for the bed-even someone who sleeps like a corpse wouldn’t be able to keep it on the mattress. Overall happy with my experience here and would recommend!」
