Our room was quite nice, located a few minutes from the town centre and sites. Priced fairly, and the staff quite friendly. If you stay here make sure you book reservations ahead of time for both dinner and breakfast, as they need time to prepare for their guests, and keep an eye on their restaurant hours.

Great stay, walking distance to Shakespeare's family home and lots of restaurants and shops. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms spotless and look brand new. Staff exceptional, they were so kind. It was my daughter's birthday, they made my kids hot chocolate free of charge.

Many good food spots in 5 minute walking distance. 15 minute walk to Stratford-upon-Avon railway station. Comfortable beds, nice staff, easy to find. Cons: Low water pressure on 2nd floor, no wardrobe

The room was generally pretty clean, but the sink was clogged and had hair in it. The hotel layout was really confusing and convoluted, it felt like walking through the backrooms. Lots of stairs and doors just to get to a second floor room. Not once did I make it to reception without getting lost.

The tv remote didn’t work. Carpets were stained and perpetual trash at the front door that staff was not concerned over. Not the worst place I’ve stayed but I wouldn’t recommend it
