「Very simple check in, room was spacious and clean, good value and decent location」

「We arrived half hour earlier than expected for check-in but room was already available so after a long drive it was lovely to be able to drop our bags and start our break to Norwich. Wisely refurbished hotel, amazing location, accessible, with car park available (a bit tricky to get it, but at 2nd attempt we found it following the clear instructions sent via email). Lovely cooked breakfast, georgian style room was spaceous and lovely, comfortable soft bed, really quiet road, beautiful cocktails....

「The bed was huge & comfy, the room was well equipped and it was fab location. Would happily book to stay there again as also very readonably priced.」

「Staff were friendly and excellent and location is what we expected and room and comfort was very good. The only thing we were not too happy was the free drink with the meal which was house wine as we had RED and WHITE which were not very good as we did express that to the staff there? Also There were no BRANDY in the evening on Saturday around 9pm?」

「This is a charming independent hotel in a convenient location for Norwich centre. As with all hotels of its ilk it does not have the funding provided by the conglomerates but the plus side is its individuality and character. The staff were really good 」

「 Booked overnight stay following a music event nearby. Booked Riverside Hotel, but they obviously own several properties nearby. Our room was in a converted house up a side road so sadly no Riverside view. Room was very preventable. Needs a net curtain at window to aid privacy, better quality mattresses and pillows. Cleaner needs to look up & dust light fittings. 」
