"Ailsa was very pleasant and made check-in easy she was very informative and made sure we were taken care of for our overnight. The room was clean hotel was quiet and it made our anniversary even more special, it was in a great area."

"My only concern with this hotel was it was a pretty long hike from the front desk to our room and it required going up and down some steps to get there. Overall, it's a very nice hotel in a great location with an efficient and friendly staff."

"We enjoyed our stay. Rooms are small compared to what we are used to in Canada but it had everything we needed and it’s location is great for seeing the city. The second elevator not working meant some bottleneck during busy times of the day, but we managed. The hallways could use some attention, The floors needed a good vacuuming. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend!"

"This was a wonderful location to stay. My wife and I stayed in a private room with a bath on the 4th floor. We enjoyed the style in which the property was decorated. Having the bar downstairs was appreciated and the location on the Royal Mile could not be better. We were in the middle of everything but the noise from the street was never a problem. I would definitely stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay. Grteat staff and great location to the attractions and Waverly station. Breakfast was good. Just be prepared for the loud music until 3am from Three Sisters Bar. This was not a major issue for us."

"The room was clean, new, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is very convenient if you are taking a train or returning a rental car. Very close to Waverly Station."
