Amazing spot right near the castle. We loved everything about this apartment. The only downside was doing a load of washing as the washer dryer goes for about 5 hours so we had to take wet clothes to our next destination. I’d suggest to the owner buying a dryer on its own. Apart from that it was perfect

The property was in a fantastic location to explore the city. The apartment was large with ample room for our family if 4. Good shower with complimentary toiletries. The kitchen area also had everything to get us started (a few more glasses would have helped). We were very pleased with the accommodation and having somewhere to store our bags before and after was also very welcomed. The accommodation exceeded our expectations.

We had a lovely stay overall—the apartment is in an unbeatable location next to Edinburgh Castle, beautifully designed, modern, and very well maintained. The only downside was that some basic essentials (like extra toilet paper, coffee capsules, and washing-up liquid) were not provided, which meant we had to shop for them. Aside from that small inconvenience, it’s a fantastic place and we really enjoyed our time there.

Edinburgh perfection!

We loved this apartment style hotel. We only spent one night at the end of our trip and I wish we had booked this for the start of our trip when we spent 3 nights in Edinburgh. The apartment was perfect. Great location, comfortable, clean and well decorated.

This is an apartment that is centrally located. The bed is comfortable and the place was very clean. The location is the best part of this rental. As soon as you walk outside the door the castle is right there. it's 5 minute walk to the royal mile and all shops and restaurants around it.

Friendly staff and a lovely apartment in a great location (especially for the grassmarket). However there were a couple of issues with maintenance, broken blind in living area so couldn't open or close blind (ground floor), no light bulb in only lamp in lounge, no washing up liquid and broken bin in bathroom. Its a shame as overall the apartments were clean and decorated beautifully so hope they don't let poor maintenance ruin the standard. Biggest issue however was there was no hot for my son in the morning so je couldnt get a shower. Communication wasnt the best to rectify situation. Overall a pleasant apartment but just need to resolve the issues.

This is a fantastic choice for anyone wishing to explore Edinburgh. Location cannot be beaten with plenty of shops and food options around and the wonderful castle as a centerpiece. All the nice touches that make a stay enjoyable from coffee to shortbread, washer and dryer, and everything else you could need. Great customer service as well as we received a call back within 2 minutes of submitting a question about our booking. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it highly.
