Best apartment! Highlight was the beds. Haven’t slept that well in a while. Even overslept, (not saying you should) check out time is 11 but thank goodness nobody shoved us out. Apartment has everything you need. Good hot showers, heating was spot on. Laundry was outside and fantastic big dryers. Would stay here anytime as its location is superb as well. Only downside is no lifts.

This is in a great location. Lots to do right around the corner. It was clean and perfectly set up to enjoy the space. Codes and communication were sent timely making for very easy check-in checkout process.

Unbeatable location, spacious and clean. Simple check in. Loved it. Only small downside is that it’s a walk up, but if you have an issue walking up stairs in the hotel, I have bad news about Edinburgh in general. Prepare to climb lots of steps everywhere.

I wish we knew it was 5 flights of stairs with no elevator. We thought the sofa was going to be bigger and/or pull out to a sofa bed, but its only a loveseat and a queen bed. Location is fantastic and everything else was nice.

location is great. spotless place. amenities are in great condition too. downside: they require 300pounds deposit and if you reserve your space through hotels.com, you need to share your card information with them seperately otherwise your door code is not going to work. this is so annoying and needs to be improved.

This property was great for two couples sharing expenses and each having a king bed with separate bathrooms. It was close to the tram station for getting back to the airport and it was in the heart of the old town. The place was clean and luxurious. Our unit was on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator but it was not an issue for us.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Super close to the train station, within walking distance. Great space, with plenty of room. Perfect size kitchen. They have a very easy to use closet for storing your bags if you get there before check in or want to continue visiting the city after check out. My only complaint was that it was warm and I couldn’t keep the window open in the bedroom or I would hit my head on the window. Other than that, love this place and I would stay here again.

Amazing location. Lovely apartment with everything you need! Only issue- I wanted a king bed-it was a requirement , and got a queen. Easy code locks. Could use extra towels, salt and pepper for kitchen. Aldo- beware there is no lift. My elderly sister was challenged. But loved it overall.

Apt was very nice. Being on the 5th floor was a bit warmer and not very easy to get up to with bags. Staff was very attentive with any needs we had. Location is very convenient for busses, trains, trams and of course the royal mile.

Wonderful location

Our stay was wonderful! We had no trouble locating and accessing the apartment... the property even went above and beyond by calling us to let us know when the unit was ready a little earlier than expected. Location is phenomenal, everything was clean, and had everything we needed.the on-site laundry facility and baggage storage was a great bonus. Would stay again and recommend.

The location is great, as it is around the corner from the train station. The Royal Mile is merely steps away. Tour busses are close by. And the apartment was just as lovely as described. The property management were amazing when I realized I had left my phone behind and allowed me access back in to retrieve it. All-in-all, was a great experience! Highly recommend!

Great location

The location was excellent. Easy to access the train station and Royal Mile. But no lift. This was quite a haul up 4 flights of stairs with luggage! Clean and adequate otherwise.
