「OK it’s not a resort hotel but it was decent for the money. The rooms were clean and useable. The sink was in the main room and the shower and toilet were in a separate bathroom which was weird and the door to the bathroom opened into the main room instead of into the bathroom which made moving around a bit awkward. Other than those oddities it was OK.」

「The smell in the room was horrible…Indian food or Marijuana smell. I had to hold a tea bag to my nose to sleep. The breakfast was mediocre…nothing special. The staff did not help me with my room issue. They were too busy. Other than the smell, the room was clean. I usually don’t complain about my hotel stays.」

「Wasn’t too bad for a motel. Had to reprogram my key the second day after we got breakfast. There was some type of plastic melted onto one of the bedsheets when we got there and there was a very strict incidental fee policy for ruined or stollen linens but I don’t think they charged me so that’s good lol, we found an old taco in the microwave. 「The A/C and the refrigerator were extremely noisy. We had to turn them off entirely to reconcile our sleep and opened the windows for ventilation but we could still hear the neighbors A/C’s. The carpet is smelly too. The staff on the other hand are very friendly and helpful.」

「Katerina hotel is a must stay for those traveling to Chico. Clean, beautiful esthetic, with nice restaurant and bar amenities. Happy hour was a plus with nice food offerings and tasty drinks. The pool was well maintained and sunny. Staff at hotel went above and beyond to check in with you to make sure your stay was as comfortable as possible. Rooms were well sized, huge bathroom, and clean. Would recommend staying here - close to shopping and freeways.」
