This property was a little better than the typical Motel 6 because it has a nice outdoor pool, but it’s still pretty basic, which is what I expect from Motel 6. My room and the grounds were very clean and the night clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was a bit worn but everything worked and the bed was comfy. Bonus: There’s a Denny’s across the parking lot. It’s close to the highway, which made it very noisy, so don’t forget your earplugs.

The motel was very clean and well maintained. Staff was extremly friendly and accomodating. Front desk called to see if we were able to connect to the wi-fi and that the room was up to our liking. Dennys was just across the parking lot so lots of great food was eaten....the area was nice ....highly recommend this location!!!! Will stay here again....

Pleasant surprise

Met by very friendly, helpful, attentive and knowledgeable woman at front desk. For the price I was pleasantly surprised by this stay. The grounds were well kept and landscaped. Everything was clean. The room was quiet and cool. The surroundings did not feel unsafe and food was close by. Well worth the price.

I've stayed at this motel 6 each time Ive come to Chico,the staff are amazing the rooms are very neat clean and comfortable. They have great amenities swimming pool for the kids n washer and dryers. Good stay overall. The property is clean and well lit. Rooms are standard size. Bed is pretty good not too hard or soft. Bathroom was clean and everything worked well. They have a pool which was also clean and with plenty of chairs, tables, umbrellas and recliners available. Staff is friendly and helpful. Area had some homeless living in cars. Right on Highway 99 but noise is okay on the none freeway side of the building (rooms 220-225).

Check in is a breeze if you have a reservation don't know if is the same without one. Room was clean just for a few details, my wife found some long gray hairs on the bed and the shower has soap scum marks on the wall but those are minor details, what I really don't like is the noise of the freeway, this place is oriented to it and the noise somehow is loud during the traffic hours. Good staying place.
