「The hotel was very clean. It is in a great location right next to a Dutch Bros, a brewery and Best Buy. The pre-cooked breakfast was not as good as the other times I stayed there. The cinnamon rolls are still great. I would highly recommend this location.」

「Room was disgusting - the floor was sticky, there were cobwebs, parts of the floor were coming up, mirror was dirty, walls had visible dirty marks, there was a leftover syringe cap on floor. When I went to the front desk, they attendant said she could re clean it. At that point, i asked for a refund. I couldnt stay there with it being so gross.」

「I stayed three days at this hotel with my partner, and it felt like a home away from home -- we didn't want to leave! The location was conveniently placed in a spacious shopping plaza, with more than enough space for parking. On our first day at Chico, I wore sunscreen all day and was surprised to find makeup remover in the hotel restroom. Since I forgot to pack makeup remover, this was the best amenity to have after a long day of driving. The room smelled fresh, was clean, and neatly organized....

「Ordered the big room with the jacuzzi tub and it was absolutely nasty. Had hair literally everywhere in it I had to scrub the jets myself, ran cleaner through the jets and drained it 3 times and still had hair coming out. Hair in the towels. Room was overall just dirty and nowhere worth the money. They were accommodating for the most part besides calling me 3 weeks later claiming that I took their green blanket. (Wouldn’t want to bring anything home from there with how dirty the room was)....
