I can't say enough about my stay at the Hotel Katerina. I forgot i was in Chico staying there! All luxurious amenities were thought about when creating this hotel. From the rooftop bar, restaurant and lobby to the soft his and hers robes, in room bar and filtered drop coffee maker, and the comfortable bedding. Thank you so much for making our short stay worth the trip!

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. In a weird location but the hotel was great, food, rooftop bar: very cool, staff very kind, rooms clean. New hotel so pool and spa area was not up and running. Would recommend to any one visiting Chico.

In room coffee directions were a page long (see photo). There was coffee available for free in the lobby, less convenient and a line or it was empty. You could hear music from roof top bar from 3rd and 4th floor rooms.

LOVED the facilities and the ENTIRE staff! It was definitely Four Seasons service from the moment we pulled up. The Double Family King room was great. The Rooftop, Lobby Bar and Restaurant were all well appointed with hip decor and amazing food and drinks. Mary and Deseray created a magical impromptu brunch for our family and family dog. My son lives in Chico and will definitely be staying again! The entire staff was so pleasant and made our whole stay so enjoyable! Its clear that everyone loves to work together which shows such great leadership from the top!

Do Not Book If You Want To Sleep

This hotel can’t decide if it is a hotel or a night club. The music on the rooftop bar was so loud and went an hour past posted times. The hot tub was always full and unusable. The tub in my room was dirty. The shower soap was empty. The person above me woke up every two hours to stomp on the floor and move furniture. I am totally exhausted. This stay was absolutely miserable.

The pictures don't do this hotel justice. The room was immaculate!! The safe was beyond nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs accommodations in the area.
