「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「Mitten in der Stadt. Für Autofahrer nicht zu empfehlen. Parkplätze sind nicht zu bekommen, alles Einbahnstraße n, wir sind 45 Minuten umhergefahren. Das empfohlene Parkhaus war nicht aufzufinden. Restaurant erstklassig, dazu auch noch preiswert. Sehr nettes Personal.」
