「This hotel is in a great spot right next to the river in historic Savannah which I’m assuming is what justifies the price of the rooms, which are seriously average. Walking in to the room, it has the feel of a very cheap hotel with harsh spotlights and cheap tiles. The bathrooms need upgrading desperately and the room felt dark and cramped. There was a bottle of wine plus two bottles of water on arrival. I’d have gladly opened the wine, but there was no corkscrew in the room! The whole trip felt...

「We booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub. We were very disappointed to learn the hotbtub was not functional upon our arrival. There was also blue painters tape holding together a piece of the balcony. The air conditioning in the room, although it worked great, was incredibly loud. The side of the hotel overlooking "landmarks" was very noisy with many trucks traveling on W Bay Street. The use of the room key to operate the elevator was a bit of an annoyance as well.
