「It was a very convenient location. 2 minute walking distance to Riverfront. 8-10 minutes walk to Paula Dean restaurant (Lady and Two Sons). Good breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, grits, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, all kinds of breads). Use the stairs if you stay on 2 or 3 floor; the elevator that was working was slow. Very clean except few stains on bathroom floor. Old building but good renovations. Lastly, park across the street at public parking… it’s $15-$20 per day while hotel parking...

「The staff were awesome…and whomever made the grits, they were divine! Our only issue were the plantation blinds on the 1st floor room were not sufficient to drown out the landscape lights near the windows, but we worked it out. I don’t recall that it was on the hotel listing, but they had social hour Mon - Wed with free wine/beer. We almost missed it! Great hotel near everything!」

「My husband and I stayed 2 nights and found it easy to check in and out. Nice covered valet/checkin area. The hotel is very clean, super comfortable beds, and an easy, convenient walk 15 minutes to downtown Savannah. The parking garage is an easy walk across the street for $15/day as opposed to the offered valet parking for $45/day. Our room was at 421 and our earplugs came in handy due to the street noise.. not horrible but it is a busy area. The restaurant food was not great, but the...
