The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The room was very cute and clean if not a little worse for wear (tears on the 2 seats in the room, minor scrapes and scratches on the furniture). I did not get the room I had booked - 1 king with a pull out, the shower did not have hot water in the evening (it did this morning) and the tv stopped giving sound after about an hour so we just went to bed. Haven’t had the breakfast yet but don’t have high hopes.

Very dated and on a loud, busy street - not as close to the historic district as you would think.. very friendly front desk, though. No cable, but it isn't needed if you're visiting downtown Savannah, anyway..

Parking fee is outrageous -- an added 25% on top of the room rate. Front desk staff were rude. Room is not very clean and is fairly dingy -- furniture upholstery is ripped, paint is chipping everywhere, etc. The TV gets no channels, so they suggest you cast your own streaming services to it, but the wifi is entirely too slow for anything but a pixelated mess. The room gets a lot of noise from all sides, and with a busy road out front in a pet-friendly hotel (I had a yappy dog in a room nearby), that's a real problem. The light in the bathroom turns off if it does not sense movement -- like if you're in the shower -- every 10 seconds or so.

The room was nice and clean and the staff was helpful. The location was great for walking to downtown, just be aware at night as the bus station across the street can create an area to avoid at night. Very cute theming and an easy stay overall!

The room was very clean. You can tell it's an older motel but in pretty good condition, except our tp holder was broken. We came in contact with several staff members and everyone was extremely friendly. We didn't have a pet with us but it is pet friendly with treats at the front desk. We enjoyed hot chocolate, coffee and donuts. There was also popcorn provided in the lobby. I liked that they used real cups, silverware and plates instead of wastefully using paper everything. While coffee and fridges were provided in the rooms, there were no microwaves. There was one in the lobby though. Hooks for towels would have been helpful as well. We really enjoyed our stay and loved that we were provided a moonpie and RC cola 😀

Older facility that has been updated but still on the older side. Staff was very nice. Doughnuts were amazing and coffee good. Room was clean. Doors make a lot of noise, some fixtures in the room a little worn out. Our initial room had wall lights that were out of service. Overall all very affordable with convenient parking on site and friendly staff.
