"Hôtel bien situé, à moins de 8 minutes de la gare centrale, près des activités et des restaurants. Le buffet du déjeuner est varié et de qualité (saumon et truite fumés, viandes froides, fruits, légume, fromages, etc). Le personnel est sympathique, professionnel et attentionné. Les chambres sont propres, récentes et confortables. La cour intérieure est belle et agréable. C’est l’hôtel où j’irai si je retourne à Munich."

"Positives - Convenient location to transportation and tourist sites, comfortable bed, quiet. Negatives- seemed run down, walls in room and halls were stained, bums sleeping in doorways next to hotel. "

"Great central location- easy walk to Marienplatz, subway, train, etc. ... and local tour company is a 5 minute walk. Great breakfast if you opt to include it. Restaurant is a little pricey, but quality is worth it. They offer a $10/day credit if you dont require room service - but you must use it in the restaurant. I would recommend this hotel."

"The room was clean, though on the smaller side. The reception staff was very friendly and welcoming upon arrival, which made for a pleasant first impression. However, the experience at check-out felt rushed — while my luggage was being taken to the car, the receptionist followed closely even though I hadn’t quite finished, which was a bit uncomfortable. At breakfast, the supervisor came across as somewhat rude and created an unnecessarily stressful atmosphere. Overall, the hotel benefits from a good location, but this does not fully make up for the small room size and the crowded, somewhat hectic breakfast area."
