這次住宿發生熱水器壞掉的問題導致沒有熱水可以洗澡，晚上又沒有櫃檯的人可以幫忙，但好像也是運氣不好，隔天櫃台也趕快找人來修理，只是還是會覺得有一點不開心

There is virtually no lobby, no breakfast at property. Looks like low cost housing but rooms are ok. Bare minimum. Front desk not staffed 24/7 and actually closed holidays. Not a real hotel. Expensive for what you get. Good location but noisy area - across from casino. Hotel itself very quiet. Homeless people around. Felt safe but definitely not luxury property.

I was genuinely positively surprised by my experience at this hotel. After missing my flight, I had to book a room at the last minute and arrived for check-in outside the normal hours. Even so, I was welcomed by a very attentive, friendly, and good-humored receptionist named Alexander Schneider, who made me feel comfortable immediately. The room exceeded my expectations — it was extremely clean, comfortable, quiet, and beautifully decorated. The atmosphere of the hotel was elegant and relaxing, and everything made my unexpected stay much more pleasant. Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again.

Don’t choose breakfast option add to your booking. We add breakfast option for our booking that was big mistake. The restaurant beside the hotel provided breakfast but the food wasn’t fresh daily. Their bread and baked goods were old. They asked hotel guests pay €19 per person per day but their own post showed €15.90. Wasn’t fair at all.

Check in staff he was very friendly and helpful. Gave clear instructions about night time entry etc etc. Excellent location to walk to tourist spots. Central station just 3 to 4 mins walk. Metro a minute walk. Room was spacious with balcony . For Munich this hotel was amazing and good price too. KFC, pizza hut, kebab shop right opposite the hotel.
