We received an upgrade on our check in. The hotel was very cozy, smelled really goos in the halls, and the room was big as well. Very clean and perfect location to walk around old town. Two very good German restaurants near by as well. Overall very good clean and cozy hotel. The guy who checked us in with curly hair was very nice, walked us to the room and showed how everything worked. Definitely recommend staying here if you are in Munich!

Cortiina was a lovely central hotel in Munich. It did have a more boutique feel and was catered as such. We had a suite that had a queen bed and 2 single beds for our teenager sons: the sleeping space was separate, but the space for the boys was quite tight. The living room is large and spacious but the furniture is old and in bad need of updating. We had breakfast included in our room and there was a wide selection of food available. The hotel has a very well equipped gym, providing water and towels. It is a couple of blocks walk to Marienplatz and Old Town. There are only a couple of things I would mention: the hotel is not all in one block, so you may have to exit the main block to have a different entrance to your room. I would also like to self laundering facilities, as it does lend itself to a longer stay. Front desk organised a pick up transfer to the airport for a fee. All in all very happy with the hotel.
