「A lovely hotel with an excellent rooftop swimming pool and a convenient location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience!」

「An amazing hotel with exceptional service! The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and spotless, and the location is perfect—convenient, safe, and close to everything. As it was our first trip to Spain, we were deeply touched by the warm hospitality of the local people. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!」

「飯店的位置很好，早餐非常美味」

「The hotel boasts a prime location right on Gran Via. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the air conditioning works exceptionally well, even in the sweltering heat of July.」

「The hotel was right next to Callao, Santa Domingo metro stations, and walkable to Sol and Plaza Espana metro station, and just across the street there is a 24H Carrefour supermarket, overall a super convenient location. Another concern relates to the design of the washroom area in the room. It does not have a proper door separating it from the...

「Everything is good. Perfect location. Friendly staff. Just except the air conditioning wasn’t cool enough.」
