A simply amazing stay in an immaculate property. Staff was extremely helpful and the location may be the best in Madrid for sightseeing downtown. Close access to the Metro. SO clean, fast WiFi, safe area, shopping and restaurants nearby, and mere steps to Puerta Del Sol. An exceptional experience - we hope to return soon!

My family and I truly enjoyed staying at Arsenal suites. Located in the heart of Madrid, close to all attractions, but very quiet. Continently located and close to great cafes and restaurants. The property is amazing.

Arenal Suite is the most wonderful property I’ve stayed in on a city break like this. Absolutely amazing location, incredible communication from Christian (especially when our flight was cancelled and plan changed) - he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and felt at home. The apartment itself was stunning - so clean and spacious with lovely decor, fabulous bathroom, comfy beds and everything we needed. Definitely planning to stay again - thank you Arenal Suites and Christian! We had the best time!

Such a great spot near Puerta del Sol in the heart of Madrid. Right across the street from a grocery store, restaurants galore, shopping galore and super easy access to transportation across the whole city (or easily walkable to so many sites as well). Was the perfect spot (we stayed twice over two weeks in spain) for our family, will be back for sure!

Spectacular location, spacious, clean and modern. Maria was great checking us in. Beds were comfortable, and the location can't be beat. It was a bit of a home for our family of four. We will be back.

Charming and good location

This was a centrally located hotel that was very large, comfortable, clean and safe. It is a bit tricky to find even with directions and difficult to navigate with lots of luggage, but charming. We would definitely stay here again.

If you come across this gem, book it! Extremely clean property and spacious. We fell in love instantly. Cannot rave about it more to our family and friends. Kid friendly and have a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Location is perfect and walkable to everywhere! Book it and you will not be disappointed.

Very nice, spacious and clean apartments in the middle of everything. Trains are 5 minutes from your doorsteps. We were welcome by Christian, who was very helpful and prompt. Our flight arrived early morning, and had to store our luggage in the storage locker, right behind the building. Christian let us know that our apartment was ready early and we could check in early if we wanted to. Thank you for a great stay!
