"這次旅行挑飯店時，這家是其中一間心儀的，剛巧這平台有優惠，果斷敲定。選的一房一廳有露台房型，空間寬敞，完全能滿足需求，洗手間和浴室的面積甚至和睡房不相上下，著實讓人驚喜。 考慮到是生日旅行，便聯絡飯店，詢問能否換成望湖景的房間。沒想到飯店回覆超迅速，不僅爽快答應，還主動問我需不需要生日房間佈置，甚至貼心詢問是否需要機場接送(付費)服務。 雖然接送費用比別處高，我婉拒了，但這份主動和熱情，當時讓我心裡暖乎乎的，滿心期待著入住那天的驚喜。 終於等到入住，推開門的期待，瞬間被失望取代。 所謂的生日佈置，不過是地上隨意堆放著一堆雜亂的氣球，有些都已經漏氣了，看上去十分敷衍。心裡難免有些失落，事已至此，也不好再多說什麼。 在飯店住了五天，雖說距離舊城區開車得 20 分鐘左右，但這也是我特意的選擇。之前在網路上看到不少人說， 老城區雖便利，可惜日夜噪音不斷。親身經歷過河內司機不管什麼狀況都愛按喇叭後，我更堅定了選西湖區這家稍遠酒店的決心。遠離喧囂，換來安靜的住宿環境，也算是一種取捨吧。"
