F&B & Kitchen staff are helpful and friendly. Even though i ordered room service 5 minutes before their closing time, they agreed to cook and send it over to my room without showing sour face.

The hotel is tired, with plaster falling off of the walls. When we got to the room the floor was grimy, with marks and dirt. The toilet seat was broken and when I reported this, within 5 minutes of entering the room, no one replied to my messages. Food suggestions and many options to eat and shop. This hotel was over 100 years d with Asian inlays and carved furnishings. The Portuguese architecture was awesome blended with Chinese decor.
