「I was skeptical about booking after reading reviews however with the price being so good we stayed anyways. The hotel is old ans d it shows, but its clean. The rooms are updated but still show wear and tear. The beds are very comfortable!! Plenty of towels etc. Basic room. The sheets had rips in them, i contacted the front desk so they woupd know we didnt cause the rips. They have an incidental sheet and will charge you for damages. The housekeeping is great, very helpful and we really liked...

「As soon as you walk in the reception area, it smells fresh and clean.The room was nicely made. My family and I had a beautiful view and could see a mountain. The bathroom door would not open all the way which made it a bit inconvenient. But, the hotel is quiet and safe and in a nice area.The pool was really cold since it's an indoor pool, so we couldn't enjoy it. But, we would definitely stay at this hotel again if we return to Helen.」

「It was a beautiful location! The staff could not have been more helpful and kind. The room we had looked out over the falls...the sound was heavenly! The accommodation was well stocked, spacious, clean and recently renovated. Patio games, fire pits, grills, and Roku tv were available for entertainment. No restaurant was on site, but the management had water and snacks set out for his guests to enjoy. There were walking trails along the river and out to the falls. The only downside would be the...
