場所が少し高台のトコロにあるため、ラウンジから眺める白浜の海は最高です。 チェックイン当日で、時間によって異なるかもしれませんが、施設内のお風呂（男湯、女湯共）が熱くて、ゆっくり浸かることが出来なかったでした。 次の日の朝風呂は、問題無く入れたから少し残念に思えました。 妻曰く、イタリアンの夕食は美味しかったです。 機会があればまた宿泊したいです。

オーシャンビュー側の眺望は最高。部屋も綺麗。スパからの眺めも最高でこれだけでも来る価値はある。また送迎なども柔軟に対応してくれて白浜周辺で遊ぶだけならレンタカーはいらない。 レストランでの食事やホスピタリティもよい。 一方で気になるのとは ・ガーデンビューだとプールやレストランから部屋が丸見え。 ・朝のチェックアウト時間前から掃除道具や片付け中のリネンが廊下に散乱していて見苦しい。せめて10時以降に始めて欲しい。 ・ルームサービスがない割には部屋でアルコールを楽しみたい時の食べ物が売店に少ない 上記何か対策が打てればより良くなると思います。 あと、白浜町全体的にタクシーが捕まりにくいため、夏季だけ町内の周遊バスを増台するなど町の取り組みも必要かなあ。

ロケーション、インテリア、お料理、温泉、そしてスタッフの方の応対も全てとても満足です。 ただ、大浴場のタイルの剥がれや窓ガラスのくもりがとても残念でした。 温泉の成分が付着して仕方ないのかも知れませんが… トータルすると大満足です。 ありがとうございました♪

全般的に問題なく良いホテルです。 景色やロケーションは最高です。 食事も美味しかったですが、暖かい料理の場合は 器は温めた方がよりいいと思います、それなりの料金なのでひと手間お願いします。 温泉も良かったです、欲を言うなら見えている配管などの錆が気になりました、再塗装お願いします。 希望ですが駐車場に普通EV充電設備をお願いしたいです。 トラブル防止のため最低3基あればと思います。 また伺いたいと思わせるホテルなのでよろしくお願いします。知人にも勧めたいと思います。
