「The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.」

「The room was very nice decorated, but it had roaches. Especially below the refrigerator. The last night one roach was in our bed. I do not recommend this place to anybody. Also the bed is not comfortable neither the pillows. My rating is -0.」

「Its look an abandoned property. Most of the area are empty and limited employee. The room, at least the carpet in the corners are dirty and see more because the carpet is black.」

「En general, todo estuvo muy bien. Las habitaciones remodeladas son muy bonitas, cómodas y acogedoras. Como sugerencia, recomendaría contar con más personal en el área de las barras y la piscina para agilizar el servicio, ya que en ocasiones las órdenes pueden tardar un poco en llegar. Fuera de ese detalle, la experiencia fue muy buena y definitivamente lo recomiendo.」
