「La chambre était correct mais le restaurant c'est honteux, un parmentier de canard réchauffé au micro onde à 14€, et 1/4 de vin horrible qui devait être ouvert depuis bié trop longtemps, le tt avec une bière avant manger 28€, c'est la personne de l'accueil qui fait tt, pas de cuisiner, autant ne pas faire de restauration vu le nombre de restaurants à côté...」

「Wir wurden sehr kulant auf das Hotel am Stadthaus in Neuenburg umgebucht. Von dort sind zahlreiche Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Personal und Frühstück top. Einen Stern Abzug aufgrund zwei unterschiedlich hoher Matratzen. 」

「Room is small. When I had question how to call other rooms, there's no one can answer me. It's very strange that no one in receiption during the midnight.」

「The worst place I've ever stayed! Terrible security!!! We PAID for tge luggage storage sercice but the hotel didn't do their job and one of the baggages is GONE!!!!!! It's so unbelievable! The location is not so good as well, not close to train station nor city center. And the cleaness is a doubt, the bed sheet has some dirt, bed is broken and the hairdryer is not working. Think twice when. you book!!!!!!!」
