「Front desk needs training with their customer service skills. Claimed they knew nothing and offered no assistance. Room very basic...nowhere near the cost of the room. 」

「The staff was excellent considering they had no records of my already paid for reservation. Took extra time getting checked in due to this. Thankfully, they were able to get us another room. Our suite had miscellaneous tiny holes in the bathroom and one behind the door in the bedroom. Kind of strange, but it did not appear to having anything inside of the holes. 「This property is great because of its easy proximity to the beach-which is so nice. The price is definitely right and it’s a no frills easy hotel to sleep at after a long day in the sun/water. My only complaint is that I tried to access Amazon prime video app and the tv didn’t work and kept showing error codes. Not that big of a deal but would’ve been nice if it had worked」

「Room was clean but there were many things either broken or loose. (Bathroom fan not working, mirror loose on the wall, the doorstop at the top was only held on by one screw the rest were stripped, blinds in the fitness center were broken) Pool had green all around the edges. Breakfast was ok if you like all carbs and processed food. The shower did have great water pressure and the bed/pillows were comfortable. 」

「Television did not work. Next day a two remote control work around was offered no roof change. Carpet had stains. Upholstery tattered. Dishwasher leaked. Freezer needed defrosting. 4 lounge chair for a 4 story hotel at pool. Breakfast poorly serviced, e.g. had to ask for plates and forks, dirty tables. Patio had dirty surfaces and broken bulbs in string lights. Nice facility but poor management.」
