「Thomas at the Front Desk was great and friendly! Jeannette in the dining room was very attentive to my requests. The Bartender was fast and attentive as well, even through the rush of patrons! Overall, I had a great stay! The team work is very evident, and you can tell that staff enjoyed their job! The hospitality was great and I will definitely book another stay there in the future!」

「This was the worst time of my trip. I stayed on the second floor and forgot to close the door and go downstairs. Someone stole a bag. I lost a lot of clothes and important items because the hotel did not install a camera on the second floor.」
