「This wasn't my favourite budget hotel. There was a funky smell in our room when we first went in. (We didn't ask to change rooms, as we were tired and didn't want the hassle. The person on the other line said give them one minute. It took them over 10 minutes to show up. They proceeded to say some woman called them and canceled my room on my behalf.
