「Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Guest Experience We recently stayed at Ranch Motel in San Antonio, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The retro concept is cute, but the condition of the property tells a different story. Our room felt so dirty that we weren’t comfortable walking barefoot. 「There was no chair nor table in our room, and we had some trouble determining how to turn off the light on the wall behind the television. We went to the desk late at night about needing help, but all we got was there is a button somewhere on the side of the refrigerator. But no-one would come to the room and help us find the button. The button was buried under the plug for a coffee pot. Also, the telephone would not work, but the guys at the night desk told us there was nothing wrong with...

「The house was super clean, comfortable and beautiful. We felt at home. The location was perfect, near River Walk, Airport and the Frost Bank Center where the concert was. The check in process was really easy and Tania sent me all instructions with enough time to get ready for my trip. I will definitely recommend this house for your next visit to San Antonio. The price is also very good compared to all Hotels I checked. Thumps up!!!!」
