Cute cute cute hotel next to Breckenridge park. The rooms are comfortable. There's no tv which I thought was kind of nice. The grounds are lovely and beautifully landscaped. Parking is in the rear so you will turn on Mulberry and there's a side street just behind. Plenty of restaurants nearby. There's a cute little food truck area next door where you can grab a complementary cup of coffee. Shout out to the Blue Rodeo Coffee truck. I think I interacted with them the most during my stay. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and cool vibes. Pool and bar area is so nice. Hotel room wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been, but the staff made it right by replacing the sheets and giving us free mimosas in the morning.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Guest Experience We recently stayed at Ranch Motel in San Antonio, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The retro concept is cute, but the condition of the property tells a different story. Our room felt so dirty that we weren’t comfortable walking barefoot. The shower floor was peeling, the walls were poorly maintained, and there was visible rust and deterioration throughout the property. There’s a difference between vintage charm and neglect. I’ve included photos that speak for themselves. Parking was another major frustration. Although parking was included with our stay, when we returned Saturday, there wasn’t a single space available due to an event. We were never warned this could happen. When we approached the front desk, we were simply told to park across the street at a park. No apology or effort to accommodate us, despite having several items to carry. Cleanliness, maintenance, and basic hospitality shouldn’t be optional, especially at a boutique motel. San Antonio has too many wonderful places to stay to settle for this experience. We won’t be returning and strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
