「Nice 」

「Great hotel but NO parking which has to be said is a big minus point. I parked at Riverside Parking on recommendation of hotel but you have to pay using Ringo App but as far as I could see you cannot pay for 24 hours as your parking slot ends at 23.59 on the day. How you pay for more ‘god only knows?’ Not user friendly. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was excellent. Rooms were good although aircon seemed to go off around 10pm? Definitely got warmer then.」

「Superb hotel and location. Excellent staff and the food at Gino’s was delicious. All in all really enjoyed my stay for the first time and will return.」

「Pleasant stay at the Seaton Lane Inn with a little hiccup of no towels in the room on arrival but was remedied straightaway. Check in was quick and easy although steep stairs to the upper level of the Inn rooms. May be a little difficult for older people to negotiate these. Had food in the restraunt one night and enjoyed the steak which was cooked as asked and the service was also good from the waiter. Check out was also quick and easy so a very good stay at a good hotel.」

「Staff were great, the hotel looked stunning and the grounds were amazing. The breakfast was delicious too. The room we had was in the attic so I kept hitting my head, the main light in the room was above the doorway which was around a corner so didn’t really help at all. There was water and hair in the bottom of the shower when we arrived as if someone had only just had a shower. There were patches of damp in the room around the window and on the ceiling.」

「I am going to celebrate my husband's wedding. The hotel is cosy and unique, it has a nice restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast during our stay, and a small library bar where you can chill with friends. The room is spacious and warm, we love this hotel.」

「FABOULOUS ALL AROUND... FROM THE MINUTE WE GOT THERE TO THE MINUTE WE LEFT... SUPER FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, HELPFUL STAFF, LOCATION GREAT, ROOMS REALLY GOOD, MODERN, CLEAN, JUST PERFECT」

「Room was clean, staff were friendly. Only issue i found was the busy road and would have expected better sound proofing. Other than that all good.」

「Location was perfect. 4 min walk from train station and close to all shops, bars and restaurants. Bar in hotel was first class with extremely helpful staff who were always very friendly. Stayed during heatwave so the lack of air con, or a window that would open, were disappointing. Standing fan in room helped but sometimes just blew hot air around. Room in loft so was very hot. Decor/furniture very basic and dated but bed very comfortable. Bathroom needs some tlc - position of shower in bath...
