The hotel is pet friendly which is good but we had to sit on the tiled part of the flooring which was directly by the entrance so every time people went in or out there was a cold blow on us and it wasn't ideal for the lounge area

Professional, friendly and helpful staff…….credit to organisation’s recruitment and training. Some areas / rooms need updating but this is in process. Good breakfast. Bar food good too. Location excellent re public transport links. Only downside of stay was that the lift in one wing was out of order for the whole of the stay (4days). Two flights of stairs up to the room proved difficult and potentially unsafe; a shame, and communication between staff lacking on this matter.

Hotel is located on the seafront and has beautiful views if you get a room at the front. Staff were friendly and check in was easy. Don’t forget to put your reg in at reception if staying there. Hotel has a bar, restaurant and leisure facility and close to restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious but are a bit outdated and need updating.
