The Hotel location is fanstantis as it is close to restaurants. The Hotel reception need upgrading, completely We found it selfish of the Hotel to outsource its parking to a 3rd party - as we choose FREE parking in the Expedia filter. Guests like paying for all amenties direct, rather than to a 3rd party. Overall, it was okay, as it was a 1 night stay.

There were no cars on the carpark when I arrived, as the hotel had previously been used by the goverment as migrant hotel. However they had managed to clean it up some what. The receptionest was very helpful indeed. I requested an early check-in, and she had no notification, but was very accommadating due to my visit, of attending my Aunties funeral. The room was cleanish. Not the best place ive stayed in. Breakfast was served in a fresh bap..

The breakfast is ok for the price of the hotel . Staff are very friendly, parking is safe. When we asked to refresh the room after our second night stay, the only thing they did was to change the towel but didn’t vacuum the carpet nor clean the toilet.

Room was old and battered, the pictures were clearly taken a couple decades ago. Would not stay there again. Not maintained at all, bed falling apart. 2 stars out of 5 for me and that's only because the staff were nice.

The hotel was good and the staff helpful and friendly. It is sited on a retail park away from the centre, with adjacent retail stores. The adjacent building is boarded up and in decay which gives a poor impression. The hotel is clean internally. Outside parking area and the path to retail units is strewn with rubbish, which needs attention by whoever is responsible
