「Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good .They also do meals through outt the day. Great location for Sunderland game about half hour walk on cycle path. Or jump on the park and ride」

「There were no cocktails to be had At All ! The pillows need changing as they are like bricks and the Showers need a shower mat as it becomes very, very slippery. This is a shame, because everything else was Great.」

「Amazing position and views of the Tyne and the coast. We paid a little extra for sea views and spent hours enjoying them from our room. Very comfortable room and bed. Great choice at breakfast and evening meals offered good choice, quality and value. Staff very friendly and welcoming - we would love to return.」
