「I paid for my room and hotel staff was beating down my door . When I answered I was told that I had to leave because I overstayed my reservation. But the young lady didn’t checked to see that I had purchased an extra days. They hadn’t cleaned my room but once the time I stayed there. I had to purchased my own cleaning supplies to clean my room and washed the bedding. Some of the staff are rude and condescending.」

Every morning from 8 to 9 a.m., when you're still asleep, a strange man with a full beard vigorously knocks on your door! And when you refuse to get up, he even unlocks your door without your consent! When I asked him why, he didn't provide a reasonable explanation! He kept asking if I had thirty dollars, and if I wanted to exchange...

「We asked for a non smoking room and when we entered the whole room smelt of pot and cigarette smoke. The pillow cases and bed comforters were covered in cigarette burns and when asked about it we were basically told that they had no orher rooms and that the maids were old and must of put burnt bedding on. The chair was also stained with dirt spots everywhere.」
