「Everything was fine just an older establishment that needs to be updated」

「The staff were friendly and check in was super fast and easy. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The water was hot, fridge was extra cold. My only complaint is there was a bit of larger trash scattered around the parking lot, which is not a big deal, but the same pieces weren’t picked up during the entirety of our stay. (3days/2nights). Definitely recommend and will be back.」

「The staff was kind and helpful. The grounds were dirty. Plastic garbage bags at both side entrances, stairs weren’t vacuumed and at 3:30 my room wasn’t even ready and the staff seemed surprised that I was there. On the computer, the room was listed as clean and ready. The alarm clock was broken and so was the touch pad on the microwave. There was no place to charge personal devices, so bring your own plug-ins. Over all, I was disappointed and won’t stay there again.」

「The room was cheaper than others in town but still pretty expensive for a dated little hotel. It was fairly comfortable, the bed was nice but the shower was horrible. The temperature went from scalding to freezing and back a few times without any changing of the tap setting. Both of had the same experience. It was awful.」

「Good place to stay with pets. Has a large field next door for pets to go potty. Beds too stiff for my taste but that works for some. They do need to give more than two towels especially if guests ate staying 5 days. Cleaning crew came in 1 time in a 5 day stay and no not because of door tag. Overall it was good for the price.」

「The reception staff was so helpful and upgraded our rooms without us asking. Our room had a jacuzzi tub which was a great way to warm up after a day of rafting. They helped us figure out the TV channels and the attitude was pleasant and friendly. The rooms are updated-ish but I’ve stayed in a lot more “modern” looking rooms where the staff was not at all pleasant. Overall, the reception and management people made this stay memorable in a very positive way.」

「Overall the stay was ok and met the basic needs. The rooms could be cleaned more thoroughly and overall the hotel is in need of maintenance and repairs to things like the carpet and walls. The pool was ok but the hot tub was gross. An oily film and floating globs of hair were seen. I needed to use the washer/dryer but very quickly changed my mind when I noticed hair build up and gunk on the inner ring of the washer/dryer.
