「We rented the Jacuzzi room which cost extra the room, smelt, wet and musty. The first day we tried to use the Jacuzzi in the room. There was no hot water and no power to that section of the room we gave notice on the front desk. It was not repaired. We checked out and did not spend the second day there. They had also put children in a room above us that were purposely stomping back-and-forth for an hour.」

「Stayed there for a concert. The check-in process was quick and easy. We booked two rooms. For the price it was definitely not bad. We did not have breakfast so can’t comment on that.」

「Our rooms weren't ready until after 4:00 when they clearly state that check-in is 3:00, so we sat in the lobby for over an hour which put us a real bind for the plans we had when we got to town....and we weren't the only ones. On top of that, the girl at the desk had a terrible attitude, was rude, and simply did not care. She told us they only have 1 cleaning crew and there is nothing she can do. That may have been the case, but that is not the problem of your paying guests. Figure it out! ...

「We had left something in the room and we had to drive back a long distance we called the manager and his staff found it and they held on to it until we could get a hold of it very professional really great hotel looks on the outside not too much but inside and staff wonderful we will go back to this hotel if we go back to visit would highly recommend it.」

「Please be prepared to spend on food they don’t provide breakfast . Wolfgang pick is pretty expensive, but food is super amazing , if your up for fine dining and great atmosphere, that’s the place ….」
